Always a free consultation and estimate. We pride ourselves on making sure we are understanding what you want from your project and working within your budget. Our design team works with you to make the perfect project.
Our Process
We must first understand your project goals. We work with you to design the project, set a budget, and make the selections. We will be out to make exact measurements of your home to build out our computer aided design. We then will work on your estimate and design immediately. Our contract will have material allowances which will allow you to know how the budget was set to build your project. The selection process for the materials can be made at our showroom, with us at one of our partner suppliers or done on your own. If necessary, the permitting process will be handled by us because we know the process and the ins and outs of our local municipalities. Once we have access to the property we begin by protecting the portions of the home not involved from getting damaged. We provide you with updates and photos of the progress and we will be in constant contact regarding any issues. When the project is complete we will do a full walk through with you, to help you understand all your new features and operations. Once you are happy with the final result, and only when you are satisfied that we did a great job will we finalize the project.
